Note: If the folder containing the QuickBooks company file has a document called DECRYPT_INSTRUCTIONS (.txt or .html), your computer is already infected.

- The CryptoWall virus affects other files and programs in addition to QuickBooks company files.
- Due to the severity of the corruption in the company file, Intuit Data Services is unable to repair these files.
